You no longer have to have a trench cut through your yard or sidewalk or driveway to replace sewer or water pipe. With a small hole at each end of the run, we can pull pipe from the building to the main. We can even upsize a line from 4" to 6" to provide you greater capacity.
The Pipe Pull™ method uses the existing damaged sewer line as a conduit and guide for the new pipe. A cone-shaped, path-clearing installation head with the new pipe attached is inserted through the old pipe. As the installation head passes through the existing pipe, it actually pulls in a full-size replacement pipe.
After installation of the new pipe is complete, it is simply connected to the existing system. This code-approved pipe is a completely root-proof, leak-proof, chemical and acid resistant pipe, with a 100 year design life.
In the past, the only way to repair underground sewer or water pipes was to dig a trench, essentially destroying your front yard or sidewalk. Now, there are trenchless pipe repair and replacement options that minimize the impact on your landscaping—and your wallet.
Pipe Relining
One trenchless pipe repair option is pipe relining, which eliminates the need to remove the broken pipe. The pipe relining method uses a liner that is inserted into the broken pipe. After the liner completely coats the interior of the old pipe, an inflatable bladder is inserted, which holds the liner in place until it becomes dry.
Once the liner is dry, the bladder deflates and is removed, revealing a new, seamless surface inside of the old pipe. This virtually creates a brand new pipe, inside the old one.
Pipe Replacement
Another method of trenchless pipe repair is pipe replacement. With a small hole at each end of the run, we can pull pipe from the building to the main. The Pipe Pull™ method uses the existing damaged sewer line as a guide for the new pipe. A cone-shaped, path-clearing installation head attached to the new pipe is inserted through the old pipe. As the installation head passes through the existing pipe, it actually pulls in a full-size replacement pipe.
Once the new pipe is completely installed, it is simply connected to the existing system. This code-approved pipe is a completely root-proof, leak-proof, chemical and acid resistant pipe, with a 100 year design life. We can even upsize a line from 4" to 6" to provide you greater capacity.
Aside from eliminating the need to uproot your landscape, trenchless pipe repair is cost effective, takes less than one day to complete, and eliminates root intrusion. These methods, which meet all industry standards, can be performed beneath apartment buildings and houses.
